In this illustration,I decided to explore the complex character of Tony Montana, the iconic protagonist of the film "Scarface," through the visual representation of his scar that symbolizes the duality within his persona.The purpose of this school project was to create the artwork intended to be used as an alternate cover for a Blu-ray re-release of the movie. This design offers a striking portrayal of Tony Montana's character. The left side depicts him as the charismatic and ambitious businessman, while the right side represents his darker side as the ruthless and power-hungry mafia boss, showcasing the contrasting sides of his identity.
The scar running across Tony Montana's face acts as the visual divider between the two personas. It splits the illustration into two distinct halves, representing the internal conflict within his character and the choices that shaped his trajectory.
